Location

Being situated within the town centre, Garth Mill has the benefits of a wide array of amenities literately on its doorstep.

Shopping

The development is in the town centre and thus the thriving shopping area is literately across
the road, with a wide variety of both local and national retailers. A little further away, but still within walking distance one can find the Cables Retail Park, which has stores such as Tesco, Next and Boots.

Leisure

Knowsley has a wealth of leisure venues, all within easy access of Garth Mill. The region is
well served with leisure centres and pools, not to mention golf courses - Huyton and Prescot
Golf Club is very close by.

There is a variety of parks with easy access, and there is indeed a recreational ground a very
short stroll to the rear of the development. The well-known Knowsley Safari Park is also
nearby. The centre of Prescot is quite vibrant with an array of pubs, bars and restaurants and also a museum.

Within easy commercial distance one can also find Liverpool City Centre which has a wealth
of interesting attractions, with more museums and galleries than anywhere outside of London, not to mention the renowned nightlife.

Travel

The site has excellent transport links, particularly to the motorway networks for those
commuting from outside the area, being very close to Junction 2 of the M57. The site is on
the A57 which provides a direct link to Liverpool City Centre. Being in a town centre local the site is clearly well served with bus services, and Prescot also has the benefit of a railway station.

Close proximity to the motorway networks allows easy access to both Warrington, St Helens
and Manchester.
