How To Run In Your New Home - Management Agent's Information

From the first day you hear about a Trophy development we aim to provide a level of attention and service second to none.

At handover each property is rigorously inspected by a member of site management followed by a member of our sales staff. Each purchaser is then invited to inspect the property and spend some time getting to grips with the features of your new home. All of our homes are also built in conjunction with the National House Building Council and carry their NHBC 10 year warranty. Only builders and developers who can demonstrate financial security and technical competence are registered with NHBC.

Despite these multiple inspe ctions we are aware that from time to time errors do occur. It is our aim to rectify any problems with a minimum of inconvenience.
